Quality Guaranteed since 1790

We are the 6th generation to work this revolutionary war tract, one of the last remaining tracts of its kind in Onondaga County.

As a local farmer, it is good to see our communities buying locally again. When communities support their local farmers, everyone wins. We will continue the family tradition of working with our land to protect and maintain its current purpose, so it can give back to our community now and into the future.

Since 1790, our family has produced a wide range of agricultural products, using methods and practices that are safe for the environment and respectful to our animals.  With over 150 acres of open fields, we care for and promote a habitat for wildlife and native grass growth as part of our cattle’s balanced diet.

We provide clean and comfortable indoor options for our animals during the hot days of summer and cold days of winter. We monitor our herd daily to ensure cattle are comfortable, healthy, and eating what they need.

David is the 6th generation to work this revolutionary war tract, one of the last remaining tracts of its kind in Onondaga County.  He and his brother Bill are committed to maintaining the farm’s agriculture purpose and have lived on the farm their entire lives.
Rather than maintain the former dairy operation owned and operated by David’s grandfather, David and Melissa switched to grass-fed beef after David retired from masonry in 2005.
